It also sais Maya will read NX native .prt files, but my guess is they will just read the embedded JT data, not do a real load of the NX model.

Witryna3 kwi 2024 · If the mesh with bones in fbx file is imported from Blender to Maya, it creates new parent Empty called Armature. Maya on the other side is not generating this Empty parent. It can be manually removed by artist but it is more work. So this process cant be automatized. Witryna11 kwi 2024 · Amazingly enough, I was able to do exactly that, converting the FBX file to binary, instead of ASCII. Blender was able to import this version, but there are some oddities with this file. When importing it, it imports the model so that its upright form is along the y-axis, instead of the z-axis. Also, it's very tiny. WitrynaTo import a shape file In the Pose Editor, choose File > Import. In the browser that opens, go to the folder where the *.pose files are and select one. The pose interpolator node and its poses are created if they don't already exist on that object. When I export as an FBX and then import it into Maya, all of the textures are messed up.
