Schatz cuckoo clock in a basket (everything out of case, carvings off front, etc.), and the movement is different from anything I've seen so far. Time & strike trains are on opposite sides from usual, door hinges on left instead of right, etc. But my question is about this unfamiliar bird mechanism.
